Great video, thanks! It has good production quality, and the pictures videos serve as great examples of the principles. I would, however, edit your script for brevity. You repeat a lot of ideas sometimes more than 2 or 3 times in a row, but just with slightly different synonymous vocabulary.

I heard the term visual flow for the first time in one of your videos, thank you. I have an open living dining room and it always bothered me that the sofa blocked my view to the dining area. My sofa was too high to allow visual flow.
