Believe it or not, i told interior designers to make arches in my hallways, they both laughed at me calling them so "Out of fashion and drab!" well I didn’t hire them (of course) now hoping to get them made using a contractor.

  16. Ashley House on February 2, 2021 at 10:13 pm

Thanks for such a great video – I am naturally gravitating towards these trends while I am making my house that I have been in for 2 years a home (which I think a lot of people are probably doing this year). Nice to know that my natural tastes are trendy…?? lol. I’m so glad that comfort and nature are at the forefront.

Thank you, again, for an absolutely wonderfully made and useful video. At first I thought " blah, another trends of 2021 video", but when I noticed who it was by, I clicked super fast and was not a bit disappointed. You bring such clear and interesting presentations of complicated subjects and give us your open-minded but informed views that actually help with our own projects and search for personal style. Keep doing what you do! ❤

Any suggestions on where to buy those accessories or decor items

  26. Ami Amiko on February 2, 2021 at 10:27 pm

In the process of planning a reno-project for an apartment and my bedroom to start next month. Even though the aim is to have a timeless result I’ve been drawn to the coziness of bouclé, warm, earthy tones and natural textures. Loved this forecast!

Not in love with the new decoy look. I am a traditionalist with some oriental and contemporary accents.

    well done girlie!

  37. Dana Dadana on February 2, 2021 at 10:39 pm

Very glad to watch your video! Normally interior designers think that all of us have a kidney to pay for interior design. I love your approach and your suggestions, basically for every pocket, and most importantly that you said "sustainability should not be a trend", I hope it will stay like this as it is right now, as an environmentalist and much into the 5Rs I’m very happy an interior designer highlights their importance!!

  38. Karla Pinkman on February 2, 2021 at 10:40 pm

Earth-toned dry foliage for vases etc
    Minimalist artwork

Aegean teal is pronounced “ai-jee-in”. It’s named after the sea.

  42. C Dean on February 2, 2021 at 10:45 pm

Did you say beeges instead of beiges? My cat would love to attack the pampas grass.

Love this video. Wow your hair got so long! I just bought a blue/white cotton/wool rug with geometric diamond pattern! It feels so fresh. Also, I have a vintage six strand rattan chair that suddenly is now on trend. What can I do to make the natural canvas upholstery more 2021 instead of 1960?

  46. Karen Gibson on February 2, 2021 at 10:51 pm

    The best!! Thanks!
