if you get a chance, put your evoo in a dark bottle (like the green ones they come in at the store) esp since that corner gets direct sun. its not super serious since evoo gets used up pretty fast, but it is sensitive to lite and heat that will alter the flavor and spoil it faster. just good to know if you’re spending good money on nice evoo!
