Hey broseph! I love your channel. What print settings are you using for pet-g on your cr-10 printers?
3rd comment! Nice Vid! My favorite one was the pizza cutter! If I were to make something for the kitchen it would be a food guillotine. PS I commented a while ago about making a dual color lithophane. It is possible to edit it in solidworks but my windows 7 computer is too slow for me to do anything too complicated with it. I also tried fusion but it did not let me edit it.
Cool
YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE TYPE OF PLASTIC YOU’RE USING IS SAFE TO USE WITH FOOD, AND ALSO THIS EVEN MORE IMPORTANT IF YOU’RE USING IT WITH HOT FOOD
did you purposely pronounce "pizza" with italian accent?
Note, some PET filament is food safe as a material, BUT it’s not safe in a 3d printed form because the tiny ridges on print lines help bacterial growth.
You can solve this by good sanding and smoothing, or by coating with something food safe, like glaze.
I have heard that one of the problems with using Fused Deposition Model based 3D printing for food handling items was that the grooves and texture make it hard to properly and completely clean things. Even if one uses a material deemed food safe the texture may be an issue for cleaning. Bacteria may be able to grow on food residue left in grooves.
The clips seem like the most useful items.
Food grade. Not food safe. PETG by itself is fine for. A single usage but itโs not food safe. For that it still Needs a food safe coating.
nice video…. Can you please name the song at the video start
