Vegas ain’t the place to boondock. It’s a place of excess and extravagance. I’d feel pretty stupid sleeping in the parking lot while everyone else is living it up. I save the camper van for camping. When I’m in Vegas, I get room at the Venetian or the Vdara.

I can’t wait to cardwell here 💖 I think it would be best to do so after the Pandemic only because I want to FULLY experience it.
I have some friends in Vegas so fortunately I can stay with them. However, so many things are open 24 hrs, you could probably get away with boondocking in many store parking lots.

You are lucky you did not get caught. Security does look for people sleeping in their vehicles. Just be sure to move from one place to another often. Vegas is not a friendly place. Plus a lot of crime. (Yes, resident here.)

Was sleeping in My car in Tropicana’s lot once and a security gaurd woke Me up and told Me You can get killed sleeping in Your car in Vegas, No lie.

Yup loving the low top on my Connect. I go into parkades for warmth while working on my van. Much warmer down there and it makes a big difference when it’s -5C. Take care brother!

oh…and I was vandwelling in Vegas on Xmas as well, and I discovered that there is a ton of 24 hr street parking by apartment complexes just outside the strip…that’s what I stuck to
