  6. Imogen C on February 12, 2021 at 11:15 pm

Does the money go to charity? If not, how is this acceptable? It’s stealing and Capitalism at its finest.

  7. AquarioStickJuice on February 12, 2021 at 11:17 pm

  9. fruitofcreation on February 12, 2021 at 11:19 pm

  10. Jessica Hudson on February 12, 2021 at 11:19 pm

Poor hoggle surprised Henson co hasn’t tried to get him back…

  11. Ferdinand Carson on February 12, 2021 at 11:21 pm

Do they have a web site?

  12. Mr & Mrs Brewer on February 12, 2021 at 11:22 pm

What pisses me off about this is instead of donating these items that they got for FREE to homeless vets, people on the streets, children.. they sell them.

  13. jpab on February 12, 2021 at 11:24 pm

how can someone forget to claimed there baggage specially when you have expensive items

  14. Joshua R. Collins on February 12, 2021 at 11:24 pm

Everyone in favor of fileing a law suit against this store say “I”

  15. New Goliard on February 12, 2021 at 11:25 pm

All the more reason not to pack the vibrator when you fly

  16. Naturally Gifted on February 12, 2021 at 11:25 pm

    I wanna go

  17. fruitofcreation on February 12, 2021 at 11:26 pm

I also HIGHLY doubt that most of this is "unclaimed" how many workers do you think are just lazy and decide not to process a claim maybe because they don’t like someone or just because. This is wrong.

  18. CrazyMallu Gurl on February 12, 2021 at 11:27 pm

This pisses me off! When you lose luggage and make 5,000 plus calls and complaints, but it isn’t located. How does it mean my stuff is “unclaimed?” Guess this is why airlines lose stuff on purpose to make a profit like this.

  19. Wisconsin.pikachu on February 12, 2021 at 11:27 pm

So wait because the airlines lost this private property how do they have the right to sell it

  20. Betterlife on February 12, 2021 at 11:33 pm

Duh! You never call the emergency contact, yet you ask for it

  21. Jennifer Davis on February 12, 2021 at 11:35 pm

Do they have one in NY?

  22. nathan hensn on February 12, 2021 at 11:36 pm

Everyone should be mad at the airlines. This store is just taking advantage of the situation…… It’s still not something I’d feel morally okay with, but the airlines are straight up D-bags "giggty".

  23. Dhammu Pandit on February 12, 2021 at 11:37 pm

That white lady has a lot of unclaimed junk in her trunk as well.
    Amirite?

  24. Wildflower Luna on February 12, 2021 at 11:39 pm

Im literally at the unclaimed baggage center

  25. Lauren O on February 12, 2021 at 11:40 pm

ALWAYS keep your name and number on a luggage tag. It’s not foolproof, but it helps.

  26. A guy named Daniel. on February 12, 2021 at 11:43 pm

I feel bad for the people who lost their stuff but at the same time keep your expensive stuff like phones, iPads, computers and rings etc in your carryon! I’ll still buy things from here though. They have great deals on iPhones and Airpods like they have Airpods 2 going for $99 and an iPhone X going for $300+. Airpods 2 normally go for $150 and the iPhone X $600.

  27. A on February 12, 2021 at 11:43 pm

    They need to open more

  28. Nishkaghzala on February 12, 2021 at 11:44 pm

I find this very wrong and insulting to be honest 😩😠😠

  29. Alex A on February 12, 2021 at 11:44 pm

Can I get my fk book back

  30. Brandon St. on February 12, 2021 at 11:46 pm

Imagine flying here, buying something, and then losing forgetting it on the flight back. Lmfao

  31. Baseball God on February 12, 2021 at 11:47 pm

I live in Scottsboro where this place is

  32. Fq Bloomfield on February 12, 2021 at 11:49 pm

    This is basically stealing

  33. Kory Mann on February 12, 2021 at 11:51 pm

I highly doubt there is an over abundance of specific pieces of jewelry worth over $20,000 that got “lost” and were unreported by the owner. I would hope (yet highly doubt) that people can report specific items as missing in luggage, and get those items returned to them once found by this place.

  34. fruitofcreation on February 12, 2021 at 11:51 pm

Why don’t they open an unclaimed baggage center so people can try and find their stuff somehow, or an internet page….. Surely the airline can afford that instead of people profiting off of this! Man, what a world that we live in. And NO I would not shop here, because it is wrong.

  35. pennylane36 on February 12, 2021 at 11:52 pm

If you want to make sure your lost or misplaced luggage gets returned to you, write your contact info on a sheet of paper and tape it to the inside of your suitcase. If your info is inside then you should have no issue getting it back

  36. E K on February 12, 2021 at 11:54 pm

crybabies for f sake, this is just 0.1% of unclaimed baggage being allowed to legally sold to public. would you prefer it going to the garbage? is that better? why not offer a solution instead of complaining how bad it is.
this is just 0.1%. Can you imagine digging through 100%? should we keep them in your house for safekeeping?
like it or not, travel insurance are there for a reason. there are carry-ons for a reason.
nobody ask you to put your rolex in check-in.
even businesses like this contribute back to the economy in terms of employment, taxes etc.

  37. moment thanks on February 12, 2021 at 11:55 pm

So basically their theifs? Sell lost items

  38. Simon Huang on February 12, 2021 at 11:56 pm

  39. EATMYCROISSANT2408 on February 12, 2021 at 11:59 pm

I wanted to punch 🤜 that woman!

  40. Bunny Killer on February 13, 2021 at 12:00 am

I was there about 15 yrs ago and it looked more like a warehouse then… they cleaned it up really nice, now it looks like a Macys…

  41. Bunny Killer on February 13, 2021 at 12:00 am

also… from what Ive heard, the Airlines buy back the empty luggage to use as a replacement for luggage damaged during transit. Basically, if your luggage gets the handle ripped off during handling and you show the damage to the Airline, they will go into the back, find one very similar to yours and offer a swap.

  42. Rachel Joles on February 13, 2021 at 12:01 am

These videos make me want to engrave my info on everything I own lol

  43. Joshua R. Collins on February 13, 2021 at 12:01 am

If i ever become president, im going to put this place out of business. It has an unfair monopoly on the market. The us should do it like Europe, auction the suitcase.

  44. Juan on February 13, 2021 at 12:03 am

Shoplifters go hard on this store I bet

  45. Ben Sherbundy on February 13, 2021 at 12:05 am

  46. Jhonny Presley on February 13, 2021 at 12:09 am

I lost a pair of socks at Kennedy airport I wonder if they have it

  47. Lauren O on February 13, 2021 at 12:10 am

TO ALL THE PEOPLE SAYING THIS IS SLEAZY AND WRONG: the luggage that ends up there wasn’t just sent the day it was lost. While it’s awful that people weren’t able to find their lost items (and it IS, don’t get me wrong), this is a way better result of that than just throwing things out or leaving them for years in a warehouse. At least some things can go to new homes where they will be appreciated instead of contributing to this country’s garbage surplus.

  48. T. Edwards on February 13, 2021 at 12:11 am

I go there often…. I live 45 minutes to an hour away. Love it!

  49. Bianca D on February 13, 2021 at 12:12 am

This should be illegal how can you sell someone’s belongings without them knowing. They packed it to take with them to a destination it obviously had some value for them to decide to pick a certain amount of options to take with them. So so wrong.

  50. pantieslegrandma on February 13, 2021 at 12:13 am

"Who would leave this?" No one. No one would leave that. No one left that. The person who put monetarily or emotionally valuable things in their luggage though they could trust the airline.
