I had a very similar experience with the epiduo cream. It felt like my face was on fire so I stopped using it because I couldn’t handle the pain. It was quite expensive to, what a waist of money.
As a pharmacist, I actually feel embarrassed that the one you saw did not explain the medication properly to you. The doctor can but it is also our job to go into more depth with you. I would not recommend going to a discount pharmacy or a very busy one for a new medication, as they often do not have the time or motivation to do this. Initial redness, dryness and irritation are the main things we warn you about. I hope your skin heals quickly! xx

If you use the eco tan tan water for 2-3 days in a row it gives you the nicest tanned face 🤗 I love it

you put a plate or plant base under it and water it ,shiny leaved plants like clean leaves they just need a wipe with a damp paper towel,i love the ordinary moisturiser but use a tiny amount on each cheek and the for head and then rub any excess around mouth over chin and nose i found i was using way to much xx

Jaz I can feel your pain due to your skin. I was such a tomboy when I was younger I barely washed my face, did not moisturise, was all natural without meaning to be. Then as i got older I decided that I should probably start looking after my face so started buying all these expensive creams & moisturisers, started slattering them on and after a year or two I found that I was having a lot of problems with my skin so I would slatter on more products to help with blackheads, spots, redness etc, whatever problem was ailing me at the time I would get a new product to fix it. Then I got a rash by my nose & the doctor gave me a steroid cream for it. It went away for a few months but then came back worse. Finally after two years of suffering I was told it was perioral dermatitis and had to cut out using all my skin products. My dermatologist told me that I would probably have a nervous breakdown if I realised what chemicals were in all my face products. SLS (Sodium lauryl sulfate) is actually a detergent which is so harmful to the skin and I was told to not use any products with this in it. That is easier said than done because everything and I mean everything has SLS in it. I even had to find a natural toothpaste. Had to totally go back to all natural products and stop cleansing my face so much as it was stripping it of its natural oils. Long story short stay as natural as you can. I bet if I kept putting nothing on my face like I did when I was younger I would not have all these problems now.

The more aesthetically pleasing way to do it is to get some rocks or pebbles and fill the bottom 1/4 of the pot before you put the dirt in.
If you have holes at the bottom of your pot, yes it will go through. I would either buy a new pot with a matching plate or buy a plate to stop water from staining your floor. Also milk is good to wipe your leaves. It keeps them shiny and green!
We have a marble dining table and got dark charcoal “French provincial” style chairs and it looks amazing!

The facial you had done would have been so uncomfortable because Epiduo is a retinoid and you’re not supposed to use such product for 2 weeks prior to skin treatments

Fill your bath with some water and let you plants all have some time to sit in there once/twice a week depending on the plant and they will absorb/drink as much as they need xx

Leather chairs were a terrible idea for Summer in Australia and the upkeep so they stay looking nice is a lot of work.

I used that cream after I wasted so much time with a naturopath to sort my skin, stung but I think It was a week then it wasn’t so bad and then clear skin!!!! Wish I had gone to a doctor first. I couldn’t use much other serums or treatments at the same time though my skin was to sensitive.

With your monstera, just pop it in the sink when you water it and let it drain. You can also mist the leaves with water to help with humidity 🙂
3 minutes in and I’m shaking my head at what the doc and pharmacist said about epiduo 😬 I use the tiniest amount just on active breakouts. It does dry my skin out but doesn’t sting at all and I have super sensitive skin
For the plants in pots, the hole is for drainage so yes water will come out. When you buy a pot they usually also sell a little plate thing for them to sit on so it catches the water

Plant it in a plastic pot (grow plant pot I think they are called) with a base And sit that in your decorative pot. That way if u want to change pots u don’t have to re pot it and u can move it easily to another pot. Bunnings sell them for cheap cheap just measure the decorative pot so you can get a plastic one that fits.
