What I Learned From Owning My Own Restaurant After 1 Year

My restaurant has been open for over a year now. I thought I’d give you an update on what it’s been like and how I managed to survive in the restaurant business despite many obstacles and being in one of the hardest businesses to open.

It has not been easy and I’m sure there will be more interesting things that will happen in this business that will force me to question why I got into this in the first place, but it’s been worth it (I think). Here is my advice for those looking to open their own restaurant.

    This guy ended up closing his restaurant and basically spends his time coming up with excuses, very opposite of his attitude in this video.

    I refuse to eat in a restaurant with metal or plastic chairs, I need a soft cushy chair and vibe music in the background. Listening to clattering plates is a turn off

    Hiw did you manage with getting permits and drawing the plan for your restaurant for building approval? Did you get a buildout restaurant or you built from the scratch?Please help, I’m stuck.

    Omg shocking!
    I said the same thing to about jumping in head first.Dont plan just jump in and do it and deal with what ever comes along on the way especially if you know yourself.I know am afraid to take risk and to JUMP!! This is amazing insite glad to know am not alone.
