It’s a great little studio with good walls for furniture layout! An entry way with a bench, hooks, and mirror near the frontdoor. Desk near windows. Small dining table near kitchen on same wall as windows. TV and small entertainment area on wall in front of bathroom that faces kitchen. Sofa and two chairs that all open up into pull out beds, for sleeping and entertaining when company comes over. Nice rental fee at $1500/month in the Bronx, NYC with elevator and good access to transportation! Super plus that it’s rent stabilized, so no bad surprises after move in. Wow!
Nice makeover, but a bed and a sofa and a tv with stand is pretty much all that could go in this space. And i don’t know where you would put the bed…over by the window i guess…
The cost of living in New York City, NY is 38% higher than the state average and 80% higher than the national average. New York City, NY housing is 230% more expensive than the U.S average, while utilities are about 5% pricier. So not surprised its almost 1500.00. I would look at a Murphy bed on one wall, put in a bistro set to eat at in the kitchen area, add a comfy chair or two with a small table between.
New York is so disgusting like who pays 1200 for this pos of studio it’s so lack luster move down here to Georgia I live 30 mins from Atlanta and live in a 300k house that I pay 1600 a month for rent to own meanwhile you are just pissing that money away on a studio you’ll never own and not worth it at all
Too bad it not only lacks space but also character. Another interior with the boring gray floor and sterile walls and doors. The hall finishes, floor, ceiling and window looks alot more interesting than the apartment.
That kitchen is far too big for the size of the room. It is possible to have kitchens that are functional but compact. Every centimetre counts. Same for the bathroom.
Daybed near fridge. Drawers underneath bed. It doubles as a couch with comfy large pillows on back. Tv on other wall across from it. Small dinette set and chairs near the window.
Actually not bad, its like the first place in Cash and Erik’s video. The fact that they both have kitchens and bathrooms and just enough space for a minimalist is nice. Price isn’t abysmal for the big city either as long as you have a stable full time job
Bed across the room from the kitchen. Use your wall space. Nothing in the middle. No coffee tables. End tables instead. You’d be surprised at how much room is there when there’s nothing in the middle.
In opposide of the kitchen i would put an murphy bed with TV on top mounten to the wall. On the side facing the entrance i would put a dresser/hip high shelve to work as a room devider and give privacy on bed. The table would be on wheels so it could be moved on the wall as a desk or dining table when you have company. In the middle of the room there would be a nice coffee table and 2 comfy chairs so it feels cozy when you enter.
Fantastic apartment. I feel like you could put a queen or a double right against the far wall, with the headboard near the window. Separate the space with a tall dresser that works for storage of a lot of stuff, the couch right next to it, a mounted TV on the other wall with a small dining table under it. Perfect.

These new ‘rent stabilized’ prices are high. No closet?
It’s like 160 SQ ft. 😮
I could make it work. Still, the rent is a bit too high given the restricted space.
Love floor tiles
A full size(double) daybed. There’s only one wall that it would fit on
Do they allow pets?
Murphy bed!

The outside of the door is filthy!!
The only bed that would work is to use a pull out couch . It could definitely work. Very nice with relaxing color. Good light also.
looks like a cute hotel room
So your bedroom and living room is in the kitchen ?

NY and California really playin people…the rent keep getting higher in Sf and the space even smaller 😩
Im planning on living in a studio. Totally worth it for location in my mind!! Downtown saint pete for 1950 a month 🤩🤩

Those twin size bunk type beds with the desk under the bed work well in tiny places. It’s a two for one piece.
BRONX 😮 Absolutely not!!😂
Still larger than studio room in Hanoi 😅
Uhh..no

Daybed and a matching chair. Desk can double for a TV stand. And get a small dining table that folds down for entertaining guests.
Murphy bed on wall 90 degrees from window
Could they at least clean the door?
Not to much 😕😊
Murphy bed sectional and lift coffee table imo
No closets???
OMG THIS KITCHEN IS SOO GOOD I WOULD LIVE HERE ALONE
Bronx? No thx – nothing personal, but I can’t
Futon will do pretty well if you plenty of room you can put in two futons..
Too bad it not only lacks space but also character. Another interior with the boring gray floor and sterile walls and doors. The hall finishes, floor, ceiling and window looks alot more interesting than the apartment.
Thats more than my mortgage by 500 dollars
A traditional bed will be too impractical. A substitute would be a sofa (futon, reclining, or flip-out), or a loft bed, or maybe a Murphy bed.
1500 is a steal
I can wait to get in my appointment
Small means less crap to accumulate
Less to clean
Murphy bed/bookshelf

The wall banking unto the bathroom

Lol 1500, I pay 150 for something bigger.
Oh my gosh!! It has a little mini radiator and a mini dishwasher which is so cute!!❤

Where is the closet for my clothes, shoes and odds and ends that need to be tucked away? Nicely renovated but that would be a deal breaker for me.
I would move to America to live in this apartment.
One day I will get there.
A little small? You were being a little nice. If you had described it as a large closet, that would have been more accurate. LoL
