Please don’t feed/pet the donkeys or the ponies …. they go looking for food if they get used to it so run more chance of getting knocked over as they’ll congregate around vehicles, they are also wild, so are very likely to bite and kick (particularly if they don’t get what they want) – children can be put significantly at risk

Don’t Do a VAN BUILD.
Keep the van almost Empty,
Use the Van, Then Decide what you need & How & Where to install it TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS.
Build your van as you go, very slowly.
I say , insulate, & throw a Mattress on the floor to start, then add whatever suits personally to your use. Just as in this video.
Who knows What your layout will be & what will / won’t Fit where you imagined it to fit ? or hoped it would fit.
Best plan is Bare Basics, Then over time add fixtures as required.
Open Space is EVERYTHING in a van.
With a Sleeping bag / Thick Quilt even insulation can be done Later, ( UK Summer weather )
Portable Camping Stove for cooking etc.
You DO NOT Need to Cook in a van.
Eat Cold food / food you can eat raw, Fruit / Veg etc. to reduce steam / Smells etc.
For hot food, Visit any Takeaway.
but yes have a stove for Tea / Coffee & Soups etc.
You Won’t be cooking a Sunday Roast for 6 persons in a Van.
A Van is a Van , Not a 4 bed House on wheels.
I like the SIMPLICITY of an Empty Van with only the Essentials.

was disappointed to fine that we was unable use our mobile phones… so decided to go up the road a wee bit further B3054 and we was so surprised to find another car park in fact this car park was the one that you had stayed at So we parked in the same place !! Same you can’t use a 24v oven I have one in my truck…I do steak and spuds..when I am one hour from my finish point turn it on…it sits nice on my flat fridge and due to the cab bouncing I don’t need to even turn the food and cooked perfectly…I also love a wrap like yourself…Will where your fridge lad.
