We have loved living in a van (self converted sprinter van) for the last year and a half and while we enjoy spending time in Canada it can get a little cold throughout the winter. So, we’ve decided to hit the road and drive across the continent to enjoy some warmer weather in Baja Mexico. If our last trip to this country taught us anything… it’s to expect the unexpected!!
Today’s episode begins in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. After over 1000 miles driven, we arrive at one of our first bucket list destinations of this trip: MONUMENT VALLEY! Between the iconic landscapes and the amazing desert sunsets it’s safe to say we are enjoying van life in Arizona!

Bec, I was born and raised in the four corners area of New Mexico and now I live in Colorado! I absolutely LOVE the SUNshine! It brings me joy on a daily basis! shouldn’t you change this to Vanlife in Utah, considering everywhere you were, Indian Creek/Valley of the Gods and the road to Monument Valley is in Utah?
I really liked this video! Good editing and I’m glad you showed us your soup. I’m always curious about what people eat. I love Monument Valley so much. I went there years ago, but still remember that day well. You two were probably toddlers when I went. Lol. So glad you brought us along for the ride.

Omg Monument Valley is one of my most favorite places on Earth. It’s so sacred and beautiful. I go to spend some time with the Ancestors.
Just got home from a week in the desert in Arizona’s BLM. Quartzite Arizona! 27 degrees C in the afternoon wearing just a bathing suit. Then cool evenings around the campfire and dropping to single digits in the night. Home to -20 plus. Ewwwwww, oh well gonna warm up tomorrow and rain. So what little snow we have here on Southern Georgian Bay will probably disappear again.
Sitting in Canada with no sun atm feeding off the sun energy in this vlog ✌🏻 appreciate.

Fun fact- Az does not observe daylight savings. Half the year we are on pacific time and the other half we are mountain time.

watching here in May, can totally relate with the sun obsession, coming originally from a tropical country Philippines and living here in in London where the sun don’t normally shine at us. It is a massive treat when the sun smile at us 🌞❤️
It’s weird how boat people smell and have green teeth, but van people seem relatively clean 🙃
