I lived in my camper van for two and a half years and the only thing I didn’t like about it was not being able to shower. It was so awesome and getting rid of all the stuff I had accumulated was a bit painful when I had to part with my leather living room furniture lol but for the rest it just didn’t matter and I loved it I love having everything I own go with me everywhere I go! Now I am looking for a rig just like yours and I have to say it’s so nice to see a female rig, love the girly stuff especially the curtains! 💃

A friend of my husband has a daughter that is a nurse. She has a truck and camper. She drove up to Northern Canada, and asked to stay in the hospital parking lot. She is able to plug in, and work any shift the hospital needs. She is saving lots of $$. Good luck gals! You are doing great!
Also a she wee can be diverted to your grey tank for regular dumping, and disposable bags can be fit to your toilet. 😁
About to go Nomad myself. Looks like everyone is hitting the housing crunch. I’m looking forward to living an alternative life and being out in nature. I’m discovering a huge nomadic community out there. Take care everyone. ❤️

and how often are you harrassed and searched by cops? or do you still pay pay pay… for campgrounds… ive noticed if youre in a $300k bus sized rv…. then cops wont bother you… many places will let you park and camp… basically if youre rich enough to afford to pay for a campground 24/7… then youre not harrassed for parking and camping for free…but if youre in an older model and obviously not wealthy .. then youre seen as a drug addict… and the cops are called on you and run off from everywhere you try to stop… i personally travel and live off of a motorcycle… and its perfectly ok for a rich person in a bus sized r.v. to park and camp for the night almost anywhere… but i break out a tent right next them… and id go to jail…i have to ride out into the national forests or find a place i can hide the fact that im there to camp…which is a colossal pain int he butt… just curious what is your take on this issue

This is the 2nd time I’ve watched this video since it’s release and then again today – I really appreciate the thoughts of these women – very sincere, insightful – thank you for sharing this video with tour and interview combined.
Might sound crazy but my van build I will find a way to have my blu ray collection and books – everything else can go.
Just live your life how you want to live it. Mind your business if you think your way is the right way to live. Cuz in reality, like she said, there are no rules to life, there is so much more you can do then work 9-5 and pay off debt for the rest of your life.
You complain about being disheartened because you’ve lived in Victoria for all of 5 years. I’m 56 years old and was born here. My father was born here. My son was born here. And I can’t find a place to live to save my life, so I am now living in my 1995 Dodge campervan. Fortunately I’m quite happy living in it.
