OMG I LOVE IT! I love Chatham!!!

  4. Rhonda Squires on September 13, 2021 at 11:18 pm

I aspire to be more like you…I was brought up in a house with my grandmother who I believe to have been maximalist like you. I feel comfortable with something every where. I love your place! In a world where it’s cool to have very little , it’s nice to be accepted for what we are.

  5. DOPER JONES on September 13, 2021 at 11:20 pm

Wow this channel is making me feel so normal!

  6. Jijjys Maison on September 13, 2021 at 11:21 pm

This is definitely a maximalist home. Chatham’s home looks like a museum with so many treasures. I can imagine when entertaining there will be so much to talk about amongst and to the guests.

I wouldn’t be able to have a conversation with her.
I would just want to keep walking around and looking at every single thing that she would likely think I’m rude.
    What a fantastic place.

I see very little difference between minimalism and maximalism…. When done well it’s about curating and being intentional with your environment.

  9. Kris & Co. on September 13, 2021 at 11:24 pm

Just wondering who the artist is of the painting in the middle above the bookcase?

just to clarify, hoarders and maximalists are different, hoarders just buy something and keep it, either cause they are too lazy to throw it away, or they cant make up their mind, maximalists choose things they like and they know they’ll keep it, they wouldn’t buy anything they don’t like or they know they are gonna throw it away one day

  16. BE WATCHFUL on September 13, 2021 at 11:32 pm

Ha! This is too funny my mom knows this woman and has nothing but great things to say about her. Just strange to see ur neighbours on YouTube lol.

  17. Norie on September 13, 2021 at 11:35 pm

  18. J J on September 13, 2021 at 11:35 pm

Being a minimalist it’s hard for me to watch hehehe

  19. Sadie DeSimone on September 13, 2021 at 11:35 pm

A museum ala Isabella Stewart Gardner in Boston, which I love visiting. Great job!

  22. DIY Karin on September 13, 2021 at 11:37 pm

What an amazing collection! I would love to see everything.

  23. Catalina Kabina on September 13, 2021 at 11:37 pm

Did the glass fall out of her oven when she opened it….?

  24. agresticumbra on September 13, 2021 at 11:38 pm

This would scare me as an abode. Just the thought of tidying, and keep the areas dust-free creates a lot of unease. I’m not a minimalist, just a spoonie.

  25. Betty Sweet on September 13, 2021 at 11:40 pm

Ok love the possum…..ok, love everything

  26. Taly Caorsi on September 13, 2021 at 11:42 pm

Lovely collections of interesting art and beautifully displayed.

  27. Jobelle Collie on September 13, 2021 at 11:43 pm

Thank you! I’m under pressure from my children to get rid of EVERYTHING! Wait! This is my home. I’ll do me. I’ve traveled the world and found amazing things. So it’s odd. I redecorate by changing lamps and changing art on the world. My books are also like that. My children said to get a kindle. I read 500 pages per day. My home is the museum of me!

  28. P P on September 13, 2021 at 11:44 pm

sometimes I wonder if people fill their homes with the books for design or they actually read….

  29. DJ on September 13, 2021 at 11:45 pm

I’m just thinking about the amount of dusting and cleaning that needs to be done…

  30. Tl Williams on September 13, 2021 at 11:49 pm

Minimalism is trying to kill the collectionist.

  31. Daniel Rad on September 13, 2021 at 11:52 pm

    terrible.

  32. Dion7 on September 13, 2021 at 11:53 pm

I wouldn’t like to live in a house like this, way too busy. But I like the way she talks about her stuff.

  33. Kimberly Elkins on September 13, 2021 at 11:54 pm

    Out n out dumb…..I love that…😁

  34. Margaret Sparks Rittenhouse on September 13, 2021 at 11:57 pm

Fantastic! I would love to see cleaning day to see how all that stuff is dusted.

  35. TheGreenerItGets on September 13, 2021 at 11:59 pm

How does she dust it all?!

  36. L.W. Paradis on September 14, 2021 at 12:01 am

Did any piece bring you good luck?

  37. Adriana B. on September 14, 2021 at 12:02 am

She’s an artist. She should self deprecate so much. Own in woman.

  38. Hokey on September 14, 2021 at 12:04 am

This would totally be me if I weren’t poor and lazy

  39. Pepper on September 14, 2021 at 12:05 am

There should be a dating show developed, where someone single looks at five houses and then decides who they want to be set-up with

  40. patrizia sokolic on September 14, 2021 at 12:05 am

    Love it💥💥💚💚💙💙💜💜

  41. MaggienBOB on September 14, 2021 at 12:05 am

Funny, I always wanted my friends to come over and open drawers and cupboards and closets and look at my stuff too. But they never came over, never got to see my house before it burned down in the wildfire.
I love looking at friends’ stuff. It’s what they like, who they are.

  42. Daniela Bun on September 14, 2021 at 12:07 am

  50. Cocobrown4u on September 14, 2021 at 12:14 am

Maximalist is a nice word for hoarding.
