We came to Seattle for me to take my GRE test as well as visit some friends and family. Our first night trying to sleep in the city did not go very well. From things like trying to find somewhere to use the bathroom to basically getting the van stuck in the Whole Foods parking garage things did not go our way. Thankfully we were able to head north an hour or so and find peace and beauty!
We will however need to drive back through Seattle in the next couple days in order to continue our trip down the Oregon Coast and into California!

I used to live in Denver, same traffic/parking issues. Parking nazi’s everywhere practically ticketing you before you park. Cities are nice to visit but the best spaces are out of town. I hear Portland is much more RV/Van friendly.
Nice video 👍🤗🤗
No doubt other people have said this but I will say it anyway, you should have a porta potti in your van when you done your van you should have allowed somewhere to have an enclosed space big enough for a porta potti and a door for privacy as there is 2 of you. It amazes me that a lot of van dwellers don’t have a porta potti it is an essential thing to have, if I were a van dweller I would have to have one.
doing it in the city is for sure completely different. really gotta have a game plan
1stttt
Lush trees and forestry in those mountains. Loving the views.
And THAT is why you put a loo in the van!
Hi there I live up here by Forks I spent 3 yrs. in my little truck with a camper shell in Gallup New Mexico witch was ok but my next build will be a very short schoolie and being a school bus driver its appropriate lol any way the biggest reason is there really good for having a wood stove and thats what us nomads need up here woods every where and it cuts the condensation big time good luck guys
I full time in my Class B in Seattle. I can help with city parking or boondocking if you need it!
Very handsome I love you
I know this was a year ago. But invest in a YMCA membership. shower and bathroom access through the US
Yeah driving here sucks but Washington will always be my home the coast is so beautiful!
Stay out of Bellevue it’s against the city codes to camp on the street
Thank you for uploading more frequently. Awesome adventure man. Definitely tuned in.
When you go back to Seattle, go to neah bay, it’s so beautiful, and there’s a few good campsites nearby
Bucket with lid and some bags with litter dude…. its not hard
Welcome to my neck of the woods!
Wish i could share a pic email me if you need help anytime
If you need a place to park thats safe im exit 122 and have 5 acres thats gated
We just moved to Seattle last March from Wisconsin and the driving/parking situation was definitely not something we were used to. I can completely see how van life and driving in the city would be totally frustrating.
Hope you did well on the GRE exam!
Stay happy💪💪
Wo Seattle!
